We are pleased to announce the launch of the Stratford 46 Community Fund which we have established in partnership with the Heart of England Community Foundation to support local charities and community groups surrounding Stratford46 Business Park.

The Community Fund will be independently managed on our behalf by the Heart of England Community Foundation and will offer grants between £2,000 and £5,000 to organisations and projects that are seeking to make a real difference in the local community, from improving wellbeing, strengthening community connections to protecting the environment.

This initiative is part of IM Properties’ ongoing delivery of our Sustainable Futures Framework which reflects our core pillars of People, Place and Planet. We want to deliver long term social and economic benefits that help to ensure Stratford46 Business Park becomes more than just an employment park but a place that contributes meaningfully to the local community and neighbouring residents.

The Stratford46 Community Fund is now open for applications and full details about eligibility criteria and the application process are available to view on the Heart of England Community Foundation’s website.
