We are updating this page with the latest information and key milestones as our work to build Stratford46 Business Park progresses.
Our primary aim is minimising disruption and we want to work closely with the community and key local stakeholders to make sure that everyone is kept updated and informed throughout.
Construction started in September 2025 and to date has involved completing the new access roundabout on the A46, building internal road infrastructure and work to survey, connect and divert utilities.
Our work to deliver on site infrastructure including earthworks, landscaping and the new internal access roads will continue into 2027. Construction of the first buildings is anticipated to start in 2028. We are also proposing to develop a nature reserve site as part of the overall scheme on 17-acres of adjoining land.
We will continue to minimise any disturbance caused to our neighbours and would like to reiterate our sincere thanks to the local community for their ongoing patience and cooperation.

An important milestone at Stratford46 Business Park has been reached with the recent completion of the roundabout entrance to the scheme, part of a wider package of supporting infrastructure being delivered by IM Properties which is scheduled to be completed at the end of 2027.
