Completion of new access roundabout marks important milestone for Stratford46 Business Park
25 August 2026
An important milestone at Stratford46 Business Park has been reached with the recent completion of the roundabout entrance to the scheme, part of a wider package of supporting infrastructure being delivered by IM Properties which is scheduled to be completed at the end of 2027.
Located at the northwestern part of our site, the roundabout links the A46 with Drayton Manor Drive and the new internal site access roads, helping to improve safety and access for existing and future users of the local road network. The detailed design of the junction was agreed with National Highways, which is responsible for the A46, and Warwickshire County Council Highways.
Working with our appointed highways contractor Montel Civil Engineering, we’ve remained committed to delivering this important junction upgrade with minimal disruption or delay throughout the programme of construction work which began in September 2025 and finished ahead of schedule in late June 2026.
We have continued to liaise with neighbouring residents, businesses and local councillors to keep them updated and informed about closures or potential disruption and we’ll maintain this approach throughout our work to build Stratford46 Business Park.
Certain parts of the roundabout construction programme required the use of temporary traffic lights and overnight closures on the A46 to allow us to safely undertake important activities such as surveying utilities and surfacing works.
We would like to sincerely thank the local community and users of the road network for their understanding and patience during this time.
Please note that the scheme to upgrade neighbouring Wildmoor Roundabout as part of the adjacent Bloor Homes development is unrelated to our own construction work. You can find details about this ongoing project by visiting Montel Civil Engineering’s website.
